Looms is operated by LoomsApp LLC, a company based in Maitland, Florida. When this policy says "Looms," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to LoomsApp LLC. You can reach us at privacy@loomsapp.co.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the app.

• Account information — name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Profile information — profile photo, style preferences, and quiz responses you choose to provide.
• Purchase information — shipping address, order history, and payment details (payment card data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers).
• Usage data — posts you interact with, brands you follow, items you save, and how you navigate the app.
• Communications — messages you send to brands through the in-app messaging feature.
• Device information — device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and analytics.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the Looms app and its features
• Personalize your feed and style recommendations based on your preferences
• Process purchases and send order confirmations
• Send important account and service notifications
• Respond to your support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. We may share limited information in the following circumstances:

• With brands you purchase from — your shipping address and order details are shared with the brand fulfilling your order.
• With service providers — we use third-party services including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), and Expo (app infrastructure). These providers process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations.
• For legal reasons — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Looms, our users, or the public.
• In a business transfer — if Looms is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@loomsapp.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain data by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information

7. Cameras and photos

Looms requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to upload a profile photo or product images. We do not access your camera or photos without your explicit action. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

8. Push notifications

We may send push notifications for order updates, messages from brands, and app activity. You can opt out of notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app.

9. Children's privacy

Looms is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us at privacy@loomsapp.co.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud storage via Supabase, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of Looms after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
